HOTEL PRICES

- Prices include service, taxes and VAT.

- We wish to inform our clients that it is forbidden to smoke in all of our rooms!

- The new price list supersedes previous offers. In the event of erroneous prices on the booking confirmation, the list price will always and in any case be applied.

- The rooms are available starting from 4 pm on the day of arrival. Please leave the room free within 10 am on the day of departure.

- Bookings are considered definite following dispatch of the advance of € 250.00 per room. Please send the advance by cheque, postal money order or bank transfer (Raiffeisenkasse Kastelruth, IBAN: IT46 K 08056 23100 000300001805 SWIFT: RZSBIT21011)

- Cancellations: for bookings cancelled at least three weeks prior to arrival, the advance will be returned; otherwise, the hotel will retain the advance. The same is true for delayed arrival or early departure: we must charge at least a three-day stay at the price agreed upon.
